Jessica is committed to building long term relationships with clients by ensuring your property is proactively managed and selecting quality tenants for your investment. Jessica is highly experienced with screening applicants for Senior roles, this experience seamlessly transitioned into Property Management, with Jessica ensuring tenants are suitably screened prior to approving their application. 

Further, her background in implementing process and procedures, facilitating inductions for new employees and overseeing compliance audits, allows Jessica to on board new tenancies. This minimises the vacancy period for your property and ensures a seamless transition for both tenants and owners. 

Jessica joined Apex in order to align herself with leading Property Management Specialist that is part of the LPMA (Leading Property Managers of Australia) and a team that is dedicated to specialising in Leasing and Property Management.
